Mr. Tariq Iqbal is the CEO of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, and controls production and quality of all the seven units located in Kotri and Bhai Pheru. He has 10 years’ experience in leather tanning and 36 years’ experience in textile. He is exempt from Director Training Programme as prescribed by the Code of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Asim Khalid is a director in the company and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He is looking after the export marketing and local sales of the Company. He has 20 years’ experience in textile. Mr. Asim Khalid is also exempt from Director Training Programme as prescribed by the Code of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Omer Khalid is a Director/CFO in the management group. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) degree from University of Manchester, Manchester, UK. He is looking after matters related to Finance & Banking, and local procurement. He has 16 years’ experience in textile. Mr. Omer Khalid has a certificate for Director Training Programme as prescribed by the Code of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Tauqir Tariq is a Director/Chairman in the management group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is a qualified textile and mechanical engineer, and has also attended several training courses conducted in Holland, UAE, Malaysia and Sri Lanka on managing captive power plants. He is permanently stationed in Hyderabad. He is looking after all the affairs related to our spinning mills in Kotri and the smooth running of our in-house power generation in Kotri and Bhai Pheru. He has 13 years’ experience in textile and power generation. He has attended and completed Director Training Programme as prescribed by the Code of Corporate Governance.

Mrs. Saima Asim is appointed Non-Executive Director of the Company. She has attended and has completed Director Training Programme as prescribed by the Code of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Abbas Ali has been in the textile business from last 30 years and having versatile experience in the field of accounts & finance, taxation and corporate matters. His appointment on the board of directors would be highly valuable towards the achievement of organizational goals.

Major (Rtd) Muhammad Saeed has been recently appointed in 2024 as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. He is a retired Major and has served 25 year in Pakistan Army. Mr. Muhammad Saeed has attended and completed Director Training Programme as prescribed by the Code of Corporate Governance.
